Hungry at Work
Breakfast: Chocolate shake with almond milk
Snack: Handful of honeyed sesame almonds
Lunch: Brown rice pasta with chicken, cauliflower and mushrooms (leftovers)
Snack: 2 cups of green tea
Snack: A bowl full of casava chips
I am EXTREMELY hungry today. The pasta was even better as leftovers, but didn’t leave me satisfied. My co-worker suggested drinking some hot tea and “giving it 10-15” minutes for my brain to receive the signal that it’s full… well it’s been an hour and no signal yet. I’m eating everything in sight. About to cut up an apple.
