Breakfast: Chocolate shake with almond milk

Lunch: Egg white omelet with grilled chicken, spinach, onions and mushroom and side of fruit

*I made a few little cheats here. The omelet was probably fried in butter and had a little bit of cheese in it. And secondly, it was an omelet! With egg! I was at a breakfast diner with a bunch of friends so I had to come to some middle ground. And the third cheat was adding a little fresh homemade salsa (hey, I usually eat my omelets with ketchup!).

Dinner: Brown rice pasta with chicken, cauliflower and mushrooms

Dessert: Coconut quinoa cookie and pear juice

Workout: 1 hr of rock climbing

I realized I’ve eaten enough calories in the last two days to feed myself an entire week. I’ll have to minimize my dried fruit and nut intake in the upcoming week to make up for it. >.<
