Breakfast: Cranberry goji juice

Lunch: Artichoke and palm of hearts salad with raspberry vinaigrette

Snack: Mixed nuts and dried fruit

Late Snack: Apple

Dinner: 2 Chicken meatballs, healthy portion of brussels sprouts and (ahem) pancetta.

My knee is still in pain and my shoulder has joined the chorus. Going to take a long, hot bath and go to bed early.
