Breakfast: Cranberry goji juice
Lunch: Arugula & mushroom salad
Dinner: Chicken and mushroom soup, mustard greens and brown rice
Dessert: Dried mangos
Snack: Almonds, cashews and dried cranberries
It totally helps that I’ve been so busy with meetings today that I don’t have time to sit hungry at my desk. I’m going grocery shopping tonight after work to stock up on fresh fruits and allowed snacks to keep at work. I miss that yummy raw garlic dip!
Workout: None. Second day in a row I’m missing my workout but the pain in my knee won’t allow for much movement and I have a ton of work to finish tonight that will take me until at least 2am. :(
