Pre-Pre-Clean
Tomorrow I go back on Clean. Today, I eat through as many groceries on the ‘not allowed’ list as I can.
Breakfast: nothing
(Must really work on eating breakfast this year!)
Lunch: Roast chicken melt on rye.
Snack: Various misshapen cookies from my New Years’ batch.
Dinner: Spaghetti and mushrooms in alfredo sauce.
Post-dinner: Roast chicken melt on rye again.
